    I miss the easy access to – walking! After work, I made it a habit to walk for an hour (weather permitting) before catching the subway to Inwood. Walk if you live within a mile of where you want to go. No wonder I was in good shape then.

    now that would have been an interesting song to hear no doubt. but at least now when i take a bus in NYC i’ll be ready. i usually stuck to the subways. anyway, i hope all of you have a great time! hopefully the weather will cooperate :-)
