Hey! My arrival in Narita airport was perfect..thanks to your vid. I followed exactly what you told here and it was pretty easy. Thanks for sharing. When I saw the familiar landmarks, it wasn’t that scary anymore. Went to that ticket office to buy the Suica card and went straight to Asakusa. Thanks again! I’m recommending this video to my friends who’ll be going there next month. :)

@tokyocooney Suica (スむカ Suika?) is a rechargeable contactless smart card used as a fare card on train lines in Japan. Launched in November 2001, the card is usable currently in the Kantō region, at JR East stations near Sendai and Niigata.

I wish this video existed last March when I went to Japan– my flight got in late to Narita, and I spent about an hour trying to figure out how to get to Atsugi.
I ended up taking the limousine bus since it was going to leave in 15 minutes, instead of the JR Express, which I had to wait another hour for. Sure, it took awhile to get to where I needed to go, but I got to see the busy Tokyo expressways during rush hour.

For a long term stay, would you recommend buying the Suika card immediately versus the Keisei line?
